This happened to me some yrs ago with HSN. I ordered a pair of really cute boots (I forget the HSN brand name but they look like Uggs). I open up the box and the boots had no paper, and they had grease and dirt stains all over them..AND the heals was badly worn down!!😂😂😂😂 Its funny now but not back then..I was livid!!😂😂 Just like the woman in the video, it literally looked like somebody took their boots off and put them in the box!! I called HSN, cussed them out and returned the boot with a not so nice note inside!!😂😂 HSN refunded me my money!!
I believe it. Some of my packages have been opened and put in different envelopes. I canceled my membership last month. I’d rather just go get it at a store and I do t have to wait and pray that no one steals it.
I don't buy wigs off their site at all. And you literally have to be careful buying it elsewhere because people are not always honest and will sale and make you some trash. 🤷🏾♀️
Hi I actually just had this experience.. I bought wig from legend hair store and took out my hair waded my hair and went to hair dresser.. she opened the wig and said you changed your style I said no she said this not your usual look it’s cut up in the back and your sides are diagonal to the front.. mind you it was Mother’s Day I had and engagement that weekend no time to do anything so my hairdresser style it the best she can and sewed it on .. I called Amazon and complain they told me they will send another one if I send them the one off my head .. I really couldn’t believe that but I told them okay.. it’s on my head right now it’s sewed on clued in front and all they are getting another used and glued wig to try somebody else with.. the replacements came yesterday and I go to hairdresser on Monday if this new one chopped up like the other one I want a full refund.. been with Amazon for years…04/13/2022
I bought a wig last week via Amazon, but never even received it. I received a text saying it was delivered to the mail room....my building doesn't have a mail room 😑. We usually get our bell rung, or our package(s) left by the stairs with a verifying photo of delivery (if they get into the building). After another day of waiting to see if would actually be delivered (which i knew wouldn't), Amazon refunded me my money.
Gross, but I don't think it's a worker. The warehouse people are timed and watched. However another customer probably fraudulently returned this used wig and got a refund plus a new wig. The returns aren't checked. Also remember stores on Amazon are independent sellers just like on Ebay/Etsy- there are some great sellers and some shady ones...
Yeah what are the odds that some random worker who ends up delivering that package would just so happen to be carrying around a used wig to swap out and if they did there would be likely some evidence that the box had been tapered with. This happens a lot but it’s not the delivery people it’s the business or person shipping out the wigs. They advertise one thing and send out the equivalent of a party city wig and some of these sellers would have no problem sending out a wig another customer sent back for a refund. I wear wigs and you got to really careful and do your research on the company or seller. Never use zelle or cash app to buy wigs or hair either at that point the seller don’t even have to ship out anything and they got your money and there’s nothing you can do.
